参与单位四贝因美(杭州)食品研究院有限公司,拥有出生缺陷防控关键技术国家工程实验室、国家级博士后工作站等平台,现有约 6000 多平方米的独立研究用房,建设有完善的各类专业研究实验室:奶粉工艺实验室、营养米粉基础研究实验室、辅食及液态奶工艺实验室、生物技术实验室、焙烤工艺实验室、包装技术实验室、微生物实验室、检测技术研究实验室,设备总值达 3000 万左右。近年,公司承担了国家、省市级项目20余 项,在婴幼儿食品创新方面均开展了大量的研究,研发的多项产品技术水平达国内领先、国际先进水平,例如婴幼儿配方奶粉的配方、工艺及质量安全控制技术方面处于国内领先水平,Sn-2 OPO 结构脂质调控技术、离心除菌、真空配料、纯蒸汽喷射控菌技术和串联四级杆质谱(MRM)α-乳白蛋白检测技术达到了国际先进水平。在国内外期刊发表学术论文 70 余篇,在婴幼儿食品关键技术等方面授权发明专利 23 项。创新的产品及先进的技术 30余次获国内外科技大奖,参与起草国家标准、行业标准 8 项。课题负责人黎光,高级工程师、注册会计师。目前担任浙江省首席信息官协会副会长、浙江省企业信息化促进会常务理事、中国轻工业两化融合联盟副理事长。作为技术总负责完成了国内第一个湿法奶粉工厂和第一个干法奶粉工厂的 MES 实施,真正实现国内奶粉工厂的自动化和智能化,其中杭州工厂被评为杭州市智能制造示范工厂、黑龙江工厂被评为黑龙江省智能制造示范车间。其团队围绕婴幼儿食品安全目标,在婴幼儿配方奶粉安全生产、功能性婴幼儿配方食物技术和婴幼儿食品工艺标准等方面开展了大量研究,申报/授权专利 49 件;并多次获得省部及奖励共七次;作为国内婴幼儿食品领域中产学研优势单位,积累了丰富的研发经验,具备强大的市场空间。这些前期工作基础为任务 5.1 婴幼儿食品安全决策支持系统(DSS)的构建和示范应提供坚实保障。
Expertise and role in the project:
Beingmate is a comprehensive enterprise that integrates infant food research, production and sales and has a well-equipped research and testing platform. A risk analysis and control system is in place to ensure the safety of infant foods along the production chain. More than 40 patents have been applied or granted, and many achievements have been awarded at the provincial and ministerial level. So we have resources and expertise to integrate hazard identification and analysis into risk assessment for decision-making in the infant food production chain as defined in WP5.
Key persons involved (5 persons maximum):
Guang Li (M), Senior engineer with R&D focus on information technologies. He has undertaken several national and provincial projects on informationization and won a first-class Science and Technology Advancement Award from the provincial government.
Lina Xiong (F), Engineer & Project Manager. She has been engaged in research activities at the Agricultural Department of Agricultural Products Storage Quality Safety & Risk Assessment Laboratory and is currently responsible for infant food development and project management. Of the four papers published in peer-reviewed international journals, one was rated as the most-cited paper in the Journal of Food Science. She was the author of five invention patents.
Yanxi Jiang (F) Senior engineer with expertise in research of infant formula and special medical foods. She has participated in several R&D projects at national, provincial and municipal levels and was the author of more than 10 papers and 2 patents.
Ying Kong (F), Engineer with R&D focus on infant formula and special medical foods. She has been involved in many company R&D projects leading to the development and marketing of more than 10 products.
Li Ma(M), Technical regulation Engineer. He has been working on food standards and regulations for 11 years. He was the author of four invention patents.
