参与单位五扬州方广食品有限公司,中国最早涉足婴童辅食的企业之一,是集科研开发、生产销售为一体的多元化食品企业。拥有近 30 个系列、数百个单品的产品体系,已成为中国婴童行业的知名品牌,深受全国消费者的喜爱。公司现拥有 7 条生产线,生产范围涵盖婴幼儿谷类辅助食品、婴幼儿罐装辅助食品、烘烤类糕点、膨化食品。2018 年建立完善了拥有全项目检测能力的占地 2000 m2的大型检测中心,并通过CNAS认证,目前检测中心有专业技术人员 20 人,其中本科学历以上人员占 90%以上。现有多名专业技术人员,成立了技术研发中心并配备齐全的研发设备,具有一批知识经验丰富的员工队伍。近年来,公司凭借雄厚的技术力量、严格的质量管理、良好的服务模式在婴幼儿食品行业赢得了广阔的市场。目前公司已申报发明、实用新型、外观专利共计 32 项,其中 25 项专利已获授权,形成了企业具有自主知识产权的核心技术。课题骨干杨伟康团队一直从事婴幼儿食品生产工艺和安全控制研究,申报专利 32 项(授权 25 项),2011 年荣获中国孕婴行业“突出贡献奖”。这些研究基础为实施任务 5.2:婴幼儿食品安全决策支持系统(DSS)示范应用奠定了坚实基础。
Expertise and role in the project:
Yangzhou Fangguang Foods Co. Ltd, a branch company of Shanghai Fangguang, was established in 2015 with registered capital of 25,000,000 EURO and specialized in production and sales of infant foods of nearly thirty varieties under the category of infant cereals (such noodles, rice powders, biscuits) and fruit puree. The company has 29 patents (including 3 invention patents under review, and 26 practical/novel patents granted). We have a well-equipped testing platform for quality control of the raw materials and end-products, and will join Beingmate to work on WP5 to integrate hazard identification and analysis into risk assessment for decision-making in the infant food production chain, with particular emphasis on two case studies of nutritional cereals and fruit puree.

Weikang Yang (M), Double degree Bachelor of law and expert member of China Nutrition and Health Food Association and China Health Care Association, in charge of product standards and regulations, as well as in charge of food safety process control and innovation. He will be acting as one of the project leaders in China.
Gang Zhou (M), Bachelor of Food Science and Engineering, in charge of the operation of the quality management system and certification, Physical and chemical analysis of food and microbiological examination.
Zhiyong Guo (M), Engineer and nutrients resercher in charge of quality management and R&D of new products.
Xiuling Ji (F), Head of the special product R&D in charge of accredition and auditing as well as R&D of baby foods. She won a first-class award by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Informationizaiton for her participation in the development of a baby infant formula.

Yangzhou Fangguang has seven production lines as well as laboratory equipment such as HPLI, HPIC, GS, ELISA reader, atomic absorption spectrometer, etc. that can be used in case studies for infant food safety research. The company has passed accreditation of ISO 9001/22000 and Accredited Laboratory by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). International IFS/BRC accreditation is under review.
