参与单位浙江省检验检疫科学技术研究院长期从事食品安全、进出口食品的检验检工作和相关检测技术的研发工作,拥有海关总署国家级重点实验室三个,浙江省级重点实验室和平台三个同时是国家认监委公布的食品复验机构,印度尼西亚农业部认可实验室,韩国食品药品安全厅认可的国外公认检测机关。拥有自主产权的大型设备近亿元,包括超高效液相色谱仪、液相色谱质谱联用仪、气相色谱仪、气相色谱质谱联用仪,液相色谱-高分辨质谱仪器,气相色谱-高分辨质谱仪,电感耦合等离子体质谱仪、高通量基因测序仪、数字 PCR 系统、荧光定量PCR 仪、流式细胞仪、透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、激光共聚焦显微镜、原子力显微镜、分子相互作用仪、、微生物电解呼吸仪、全自动微生物鉴定系统等,完全可以满足本课题研究需求。研究团队长期从事食品等产品中农兽药等药物残留、生物毒素残留、污染物残留、添加剂含量、食品接触材料中危害因子的检测方法研究工作和风险评估工作,先后主持国家及省部级重大科研项目二十余,研究成果获得省部级奖励5项,授权国家发明专利7项,国内外杂志发表论文30余篇。

Expertise and role in the project:

Zhejiang Academy of Science and Technology for Inspection and Quarantine (ZAIQ) has State Key Testing Laboratory of Pesticides & Veterinary Residues for General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the PRC and Key Laboratory of Food Safety for Zhejiang Province. It primarily focuses on safety of foods and agricultural by-products (pesticide and veterinary drug residues, food additives, metals and elements, and other chemical contaminants). It has passed accreditation from China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and China Metrology Accreditation (CMA). ZAIQ is competent and will lead the WP3 for the development of novel methods for monitoring and discovery of chemical hazards as well as the WP6 on harmonization of good practices, standard setting, and regulation between EU and China.

Key persons involved (5 persons maximum):

Jianbo Hou (M), Dr., Senior engineer in chemistry and principal investigator of WP3. He focuses on the developement of new methods to determine veterinary residues, biotoxins and illegal additives in edible agricultural products, foods: 5 provincial or ministerial projects, 5 standards, 10 papers and 3 invention patents.

Deng Hong (M), Dr., Senior engineer in chemistry. His research focuses on determination of heavy metal pollutants by ICP-MS, and establishes accurate detection methods for determination of specific migration quantities of chemical factors in food packaging materials in WP3.

Hui Qiu (F), Master of Management and senior economist. She is engaged in construction of standards and norms and technological transfer. She is familiar with relevant regulations, standards and food safety monitoring system of food and packaging materials at home and abroad: 9 provincial and ministerial projects, 2 industry standards, 6 papers, and one award as the second-class prize of Science & Technology of China Business Federation.

Wenhua Zhang (M), Dr., Senior engineer in chemistry. His research focuses on developement of new methods to determination of chiral pesticide residues in food: 3 provincial and ministerial projects, 2 standards, 7 papers, 3 patents.

Yi Li (M), Dr., Engineer in chemistry. His research focuses on developement of new methods and material to determination of pesticide residues in food and chinese herbal medicine: 2 provincial and ministerial projects, 2 industry standards, 4 papers.
