参与单位一浙江省农业科学院农产品质量安全与营养研究所,长期从事农产品质量安全与营养等方面相关检测与研发工作。课题负责人杨华副院长所带团队主要从事农产品中农兽药残留、生物毒素、微生物等危害因子检测技术与风险评估技术研究。近五年,团队成员主持国家产业技术体系岗位项目、国家重点研发计划项目子课题、国家自然科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金重点项目、浙江省公益类科研项目等省部级项目 17项,发表 SCI 论文 38 篇,获颁农业行业标准 3 项,授权国家发明专利 5 项。承建 “省部共建农产品质量安全国家重点实验室(筹)” “农业农村部农产品及加工品质量安全监督检验测试中心(杭州)”、“农业农村部农产品质量安全风险评估实验室”、“国家农业检测基准实验室(农药残留)”、“农业农村部农药残留检测重点实验室”和“浙江省农药残留检测与及控制重点实验室”等 9个国家和部省级平台。浙江省农业科学院农产品质量安全与营养研究所配备有200 万元以上大型仪器液如TSQ Quantum discovery 液相色谱-串联质谱仪、AB6500Q-Trap 三重四极串联质谱仪、AB4500 三重四极串联质谱仪、Q-TOF 飞行时间质谱仪等12 台。
Expertise and role in the project:
Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences (ZAAS) is a comprehensive non-profit agricultural research institution in China. ZAAS consists of 17 institutes with a faculty of 1037. The State Key Laboratory for Managing Biotic and Chemical Threats to the Quality and Safety of Agro-products was established in ZAAS. The Institute of Agro-product Safety and Nutrition is mainly engaged in agricultural standards, chemical contaminant testing techniques, agricultural products quality control, pesticide application evaluation and environmental pollution monitoring. The institute is endowed with a wide range of qualifications including the country-level and regional level laboratories for residue testing, safety of agricultural products and processed products, and risk assessment of agro products. Dr.Yang and his colleagues have great expertise in the research area of chemical hazard analysis and microbial pathogen analysis. ZAAS will be the leader of WP1 in SAFFI for risk analysis and ranking. The team led by Dr. Yang has undertaken 17 ministry and provincial level projects, published 38 papers, formulated 3 agricultural industry standards and obtained 5 invention patents in the past 5 years.

ZAAS is well-equipped for analysis of chemical and microbial hazards: LC/MS-MS, GC/MS, advanced extraction devices, automatic bacterial identification and drug sensitivity analysis system. Risk model analysis software @risk is available for risk assessment analysis. All these are available to SAFFI.
